Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to digital readings and memberships sold by Astro Matchai on https://astro-matchai.com. Payments are processed by Stripe.

1. What you are buying

Astrology, tarot, dream, and palmistry reports are intangible digital content created for you after payment. They are delivered in your account and/or by email. There is no physical shipment.

2. One-time readings

Because a reading is produced to your details, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after the report has been generated and made available, except where:

• generation permanently fails and we cannot deliver a usable report
• a palmistry photo clearly contains no readable palm (we restore the credit and flag the order for review)
• a duplicate charge or obvious billing error occurred
• a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country requires a refund

If your reading is still processing, wait for delivery or contact the support email in Site settings rather than opening a chargeback.

3. How to request a refund

Email the support email in Site settings from the address used at checkout within 14 days of payment (or longer if your local law requires). Include the order email, approximate time of purchase, and the issue.

We may ask for information needed to locate the order. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and can take several business days to appear.

4. Memberships and weekly insights

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account’s Stripe billing portal (Profile → manage subscription) or by asking the support email in Site settings.

• Cancellation stops the next renewal.
• Access already paid for generally continues until the end of the current period.
• We do not prorate the current period unless required by law or we decide to do so as a courtesy.

Opting out of the weekly insight email does not cancel a paid membership.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension. If we have already delivered a complete digital reading, we may contest the dispute with delivery records.

6. Promotional pricing

If a discounted or trial price applied, refunds (when granted) are based on the amount actually paid.

7. Entertainment nature

Refunds are not available because you disagree with symbolic interpretations or hoped for a different outcome. Readings are not guaranteed predictions or professional advice.
