These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to https://astro-matchai.com and the paid and free features offered by Astro Matchai (“Astro Matchai,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer.

1. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email you use and for keeping access to that inbox.

2. What we offer

Astro Matchai provides entertainment and personal-reflection tools: Vedic astrology reports calculated from birth details you supply, tarot interpretations of cards drawn on our servers, dream interpretations, palmistry interpretations of photos you upload, a free daily horoscope, and optional memberships that include additional readings or weekly insights.

We do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and we do not promise specific life outcomes. See the Disclaimer.

3. Accounts and guest delivery

A verified email is required before checkout. If you pay as a guest, we may create an account from the email Stripe collects so we can deliver your reading. You must not impersonate others or use an email you do not control.

We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that abuse the service, fail payment, or violate these Terms.

4. Your inputs

You confirm that information and images you submit are yours to use, are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and do not include anyone under 18. You grant us a limited licence to process those inputs solely to provide, secure, and improve the service you requested (including sending them to subprocessors described in the Privacy Policy).

You retain whatever rights you have in your original inputs. The generated reading is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell our reports or scrape the service.

5. Automated content

Reports are generated with automated systems, including third-party AI models. They can contain errors, generic statements, or cultural or symbolic interpretations you disagree with. You should not rely on them as facts about your life or as a basis for decisions that require professional advice.

6. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. Supported methods may include cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay depending on your device and region. You authorise Stripe to charge the selected method.

Memberships renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel through the Stripe billing portal linked from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not usually refund the period already paid. Details are in the Refund Policy.

7. Digital content and cancellation of consumer cooling-off

Readings are digital content produced for you personally. By completing checkout you request that we begin performance immediately. Once we have generated and made the reading available, you acknowledge that (where the law allows) the statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts for digital content no longer applies, because the service has been fully performed.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived, or our Refund Policy for failed or unusable deliveries.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the site
• bypass payment or access controls
• submit unlawful, infringing, or others’ personal data
• use readings to harass anyone or to claim professional authority
• use bots except ordinary search engines accessing public pages

9. Intellectual property

The website, branding, software, horoscope articles, and report formats are owned by us or our licensors. Traditional astrological and tarot symbolism is a cultural commons; our particular wording, layout, and software are not.

10. Availability

We aim for reliable delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation can be delayed or fail; we will retry or restore an entitlement as described in the Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astro Matchai and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of entertainment readings or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our failure to meet non-excludable duties.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in their country of residence where the law requires.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance, except where the law requires opt-in consent. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel any membership.
